Starting with one small office in the El Paraiso area, SWAN INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE was established in 1985.The following year another office was opened in Guadalmina making SWAN into one of the leading fully licensed Estate Agents in the Costa Del Sol specialising in this well established area.The experience and knowledge of this location enables Swan International to provide all clients with the necessary details to make an informed choice when considering a the purchase of a property in this location.
In 1992 a Head Office in the U.K. was opened on the Wirral to form a vital link with prospective purchasers from all over the World.
In the year 2000 due to the increased demand for clients wanting to rent out their newly acquired property, a new office for our SWANTEK division was opened and situated above the El Pilar office. It is in this office that we handle all the management and rentals plus our services in construction and repairs, insurance and all other ancillary services connected with helping our clients maintain the smooth running of owning a property in Spain.
How We Work
Should you decide to use the services of Swan International our procedure is as follows.
On arriving at our office we will have a brief chat to make sure that we have your specifications and budget exactly right. We will then take you to view some selected properties based on our chat and gauge your reaction. You will possibly like these properties straight away or you may make comments as to the good and bad points which will then enable us to select the ideal property. At this stage we may have to make appointments to view the properties which we now believe are right for you or it is possible that we may not have any properties at all in our property portfolio which we believe are suitable and would regrettably have to advise you to continue your search elsewhere. What we never do is show you an endless number of properties which do not meet your requirements in the hope that one might just take your fancy.
How to get to our offices in Spain
From Malaga Airport take the N340 following the signs for CADIZ and ALGECIRAS, keep in the right hand lane for about 2 kilometres until you see the signs for the motorway. Take the motorway until you have a choice of the main N340 coast road or the new Toll motorway. It doesn't matter which you choose they both meet again near Puerto Banus. Keep on the main N340 through Puerto Banus and San Pedro where you will go under the white arched road bridge which brings you to Guadalmina where our first office is. Shortly after Guadalmina you will take a slow left hand bend at the turn off for Benahavis, carry on around the bend until you come on to a long straight. At about 500 metres along the straight you will see the Diana Commercial Centre on your right, go past these shops for another few hundred metres where there is a slip road off to your right, take this slip road which runs parallel to the main road for a few hundred metres where you will see the Swan Office at El Pilar on your right at the end of the block. If you miss the slip road, carry on to the next exit signposted "Cancelada" "Cambio de Sentido" which means "change of direction" and go back along the N340 until you reach the Benahavis "Cambio de Sentido" and start again from where you came onto the straight piece of road.
